The challenge.

Real estate investment is an increasingly popular way for individuals to achieve financial security. It is an exciting and emotional experience, and often complicated. Unseasoned real estate buyers need access to reliable and uncomplicated information about potential property investments. Perfect Properties fills this need.

You've got style.

Color

Clean, quick and smart. With touches of nature and lots of contrast. Ample use of negative space to give the design room to breathe. Provide a sense of trust and growth.

Typography

Professional but not too formal. Sora and Merriweather complement each other in their styles and the mixture of serif and sans-serif. Base font size at 16px, large enough to provide a pleasant reading experience for all. 1.25 type scale to ensure a clear visual hierarchy.
